All tea bag threads of Nikol Weber are being developed in cooperation with our customers and the tea bag packaging machine producers.


We do produce tea bag cotton thread for single or double chamber bags, made of finest cotton. The tea bag twine for pyramide bags are made of Polypropylene. For a better environmental saftey we developed also the decomposable tea bag thread made of PLA.


We produce our knotless tea bag thread with the high hygienic HACCP standard and we do have the needed certificates for the food compatibility.
